Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana was launched in Jammu by Hon'ble CM Mohtarma Mehbooba Mufti, Hon'ble MoS (I/C) MoPNG Shri Dharmendra Pradhan and Hon'ble MoS (I/C) DONER & MoS PMO Dr. Jitendra Singh on 28 September 2016. 10 LPG connections were handed over to women from BPL families at the event. 10 Lakh LPG connections will be released in Jammu & Kashmir in next 2 years covering all APL/BPL families in the State.
