Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana was launched in Mumbai, Maharashtra by Hon'ble MoS (I/C) MoPNG Shri Dharmendra Pradhan and CM Devendra Fadnavis on October 7, 2016. 10 LPG connections were handed over to women from BPL families at the event.10 Lakh LPG connections will be released in Mumbai in 2016-2017 covering all APL/BPL families in the State.
