Offline Mode

  1. Visit the nearest Grama One, Karnataka One, Bangalore One, or BBMP Ward Office. Government staff may also visit homes to assist with registration.

  2. Ask for the printed application form.

  3. Complete the form, attach self-attested copies of the required documents, and sign it.

  4. Submit the form with documents to the office staff.

No fee is charged for applying. Registration is open throughout the year with no last date.
